From first contact through the completion of the project, Steve and his brother did meticulous work. The tile work is masterful. Communication stellar. It is rare to find the professionalism displayed by Quality Tile. If you are looking for a tile guy, Steve and his brother are it. Thank you.

They did a great job with my tile backsplash. They were on-time, called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and finished the job much quicker than I expected. I would definitely hire them again for a similar project.

We reviewed several proposals for our ceramic tile job and decided on Quality Tiles hands down. Not only are Steve (owner-operator) and his brother Robert skillful competent masons they are genuinely very nice people. They did a beautiful job in our kitchen, foyer, bathroom and laundry room. The porcelain tile with mosaic trimming along with a coordinating backsplash looks outstanding. We have gotten so many compliments on the job. They were always prompt, curteous and polite. We definitely would recommend Quality Tile and will use them in the future.

They were prompt and courteous. But I was dissatisfied with the completed job. And that they didn't respond to my email asking for an explanation.
Comment from Quality Tile
My customer stated we never responded to her email. We unfortunately never received the email which did not give us a chance to respond to any questions regarding our work. We repaired section of wall with tile that customer supplied for job. When job was completed customer was fully satisfied and paid us in full. 2 months later I contacted customer after seeing this review.The tile not matching and also a size difference from existing tile which forced us to offset the lines from existing tile.Please look at ALL other reviews to see how my company performs
