Good advice from the serviceman

Roberta had another company bid on the job because she thouhgt she had insulation problems, they quoted her a price $5500.00 told her it would save her up to sixty percent on her electric bill.the problem was not her insulation. she had old windows and a out dated furnace. I explained to her when you already have insulation in your walls you can't blow insulation in them. she was happy that I was honest with her.
