Floyd Gibbs was fantastic!!!!!!! H did an inspection on a property my husband and I were going to buy, and he found that the slab was sinking under the house. This you could not see unless you knew what you were looking for. He did such a great job that we used him again on the house we live in now! Thanks so much Floyd for saving us 10's of thousands of $$$ and making a hugh mistake. We love our new house.

Mr. Gibbs was excellent to work with. Efficient, honest, communicated with me during the inspection and provided the report within less than 24 hrs. The charges were reasonable and much less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend this company for home inspections.
