We had the project planned for a Saturday morning and were told it would take one day. One person came, cut all the branches off the bushes leaving them spread throughout our back yard and then left. The bush stumps had not been removed yet. I called around 1:00 in the afternoon and then around 6:00pm and they had not returned. I had to get mad and tell them to come and pickup the branches spread all over. They came back on Sunday morning, one person again, to dig out the stumps. He finished around noon but had to hang out in our back yard for several hours waiting for his ride to come and pick him up. Very unprofessional.

He did good work but he was always saying he would come at 7am and nver showed anywhere near that time-he would say his truck was having problems-then he needs to get a more reliable truck. He was repeated late and kept me waiting all day long. He is unreliable.
