Only laid 250sq ft of pergo and moldIing. I'd already removed 90 percent of the flooring before they began the job. I was not able to understand some English words that the installer was saying so I purchased an incorrect type of border for a fireplace hearth. He mentioned it -after- he had installed it and glued it to the floor. The shoddy appearance made extremely expensive tile look like a Walmart bathroom floor. The installation of the floorboard molding is misaligned at every angle and he forgot to caulk about 1/2 of it before leaving 5 hours after arriving. He failed to bring a contract and asked for cash. I paid by check. $650

Alejandro did an excellent job. He performed a complex patch in the middle of a room as well as some other seams and installation. The seams are very professional in appearance and the installation is excellent. I'm very happy with the quality of work and definitely recommend him.
