I felt like my intial request/need was not read and my phone conversation was not listened to about my problem. I specifically requested a services and it was not actually provided.

Quality express provided information i asked, they also inform me about cleaning the air/heating ducks. I didn't know a company can do that. The information was helpful. When I get ready to have my ducks clean I would hire Quality cleaners.

I would not hire this company again. He was very "unprofessional". He charged me $90.00 Dollars just to look at my fireplace, told me he felt it did'nt need cleanihg so he did'nt clean it, but charged me $59.00 dollars to patch the inside firewall for charging me $119.00 I fill for nothing. I gave him $120.00 in cash, and he told me that he did'nt have change. Very unprofessional because he did'nt deserve a one dollar tip!

Sorry you feel this way Ralph, but as you knew, we charge 90.00 dollars to come out for either any service call for a professional inspection or for the full service cleaning. Even though your chimney had been cleaned previously, you still desired the inspection. You received a full Level 1 inspection as only taught by the trained and certified CSIA professionals such as myself, and you also received a condition report for the inspection; which were all part of the service call charge. The patching needed to be applied because you had a major crack splitting the back refractory panel of your chimney. We didn't upcharge you; you opted it.

Chimney cleaning by Lindsay was done without making a mess for special of $90. Rob said the chimney needed a spark arrester ($129) as current one not up to code. Said he could seal chimney cap cracks ($159). He cleaned dryer duct ($90) but said duct was detached from vent in the attic. Charged extra $99 to re-attach. Our electrician said it should have only taken a minute to re-attach. Rob wanted $15 to replace hose for the dryer to the wall as it had holes. I checked - they were very small. Original problem of my clothes taking forever to dry was not resolved! Good specials but extra charges made me wonder if it was such a good deal.

All of our prices were given to you as an option. We never use underhanded salesman tactics. You opted to have the previously damaged dryer vent ducting to be repaired which required an extra hour of work as we had to reline it and reattach it. What you previously had was an extreme fire hazard; but we fixed it for you. Your electrician does not know about fire hazards dealing with ducting as that is our specialty; obviously since he is an electrician. We were offering you a heavy gauge full chimney cap, not a spark arrester. All of our prices are the extreme cheapest and you will not find these prices anywhere from service professional

He left yard gate open and the dog got out. We didn;t know the dog was out until the dog came to the front door and barked. Don't know how long she was out of the backyard but we are relieved she came home safe.

I am sorry this happened, but you were the one who let the dog out; it was neither our fault nor our responsibility; we are always efficient and courteous in respecting your home and all pets pertaining to it, as that means we put everything back where it belongs and are extremely professional.

We felt they were very professional and did good work. We needed a cleaning and inspection on the chimney in a recently purchased, but older (50s) home. We knew we needed a cap (none present) and that there were some cracks in the crown, and that there might be issues with the flashing on the roof around the base of the chimney. These issues were evaluated and a new cap/spark arrestor was installed, and the crown repaired. My husband relayed this information, as I was unable to be there (though I did make the original appointment). They were not the cheapest, but we feel good about the work that was done and that is was a reasonable value.

Service was prompt and good, but I received quotes later that were a better value.
