The workers were exceptional...clean, neat, professional. The job was done a week later than expected, but when they came they did a great job.

Jesse came out to give us a quote 9/23, and gave an honest assessment of our basement issues. He was very thorough in his explanation to us, and provided us with a well detailed solution...which entailed installing a french drain and sump pump. Actual job took place 11/22. Only criticism of this company is it took some persistence on my part to book a start date. Perhaps with the hurricane,and overall horrible wet weather, they were just overbooked. The team that came to my house was professional, answered all questions, and offered additional helpful information. Overall, great job, and I highly recommend this company.

Before this work my basement would flood in the lightest of rains. Now that the work is done, we made it through Irene without a drop.

We have been having issues with water in the basement since we purchased the home. Quality Dry came and gave a great detailed description of their process. I have to give them a slight ding on quality as they had to come back and put in window well taps that were in the initial contract and one of the causes for the water issues. Other than this issue, customer service was great and we haven't seen a drop, even with the Hurricane and other tropical storms.

My basement is dry..........so they did the job to satisfaction. we did have a problem when the northeaster storm hit and no power for 3 days, get a backup system!! U have to stay ontop them for dust and clean up, however they work as a good team and did follow up months after to hear how their job was holding up!!

I found them to be professional, did more than originally quoted at their quoted cost, came back to finish some items to my satisfaction. I would recommend their system over others and their firm as well. I chose them over 4 other bidders based on their thorough explanation of how their system works. My only regret, which may have happened with other contractors, is that they did not seal my furnace, pumps and water heater properly before beginning drilling through my concrete floor which allowed a lot of concrete particles and dust to get into rather sensitive equipment. Fortunately, I had my plumber check my furnace before using.

We had 1.62 inches of rain last night. Our system installed by Quality Dry Basements is the only thing dry right now. We have water coming through the wall. More rain. The water is coming up through the floor, and the system installed is BONE DRY. 7/3/11: We still have one spot that was drilled out multiple times, but continues to leak through the wall with heavy rain. We now have to dig out the foundation and waterproof the wall from the outside.

The problem has been fixed and the customer went through this springs storms(2011) without any problems. We have not heard from this customer in over 18 months. We have also called the customer after the winter storms to see if they had any problems. The customer has not answered our calls or complained of any problems. We stand behind our product and fix any problems that may arise.

We were in desperate need of having our basement waterproofed as it was flooding several inches every time it rained. It has only been a few weeks since they completed the job, but the basement is already getting much drier than it has ever been, and it is beginning to smell better. Charlie didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need - and while his estimate was not the cheapest, he did take quite a bit of time explaining the principles of what they would be doing. His workers were courteous, neat and efficient. My only issue is that they should come equipped with a portuguese\english dictionary!
