We gave him a lot of leeway with the schedule and he took advantage of it. We were pleased with the quality of the installation, but wish he had sanded and put on another coat of varnish. If you want good value and you have a loose schedule, this is your guy.

New stairs look great. He did a very good job. He rarely showed up the time he said he would, but eventually did show up. We had white oak floors and convinced us that red oak stairs would match... not true.

Quaity Custom Stairs did an exceptional job rebuilding our staircase. The Craftsmanship is superb. We wanted to update our staircase by widening, adding volutes at the end of the banisters and replacing all wood ballusters with wrought iron. Our stair case looks like a piece of art. It's beautiful. Not only does Quality Custom Stairs do excellent work they are also very price competitive. I would highly recommend them.

The workmanship is great. I am very pleased with the installed stairs. I was disappointed that he did not sand and stain the stairs. I was also unhappy with the clean up. I had to do the majority of the clean up. For the amount of money I paid to have this work done I would have expected a finished product and a cleaned up area.
