Although communications could have been a little better, the quality of the work was excellent and reaonably priced. After interviewing 5 other contractors, they were the outstanding choice and I would recommend them highly.

My wife and I are thrilled with our new deck! We absolutely LOVE IT! Father and son team Mike and Shane are masters of their craft (they also happen to be the two nicest guys you will ever meet!). My request to build a 10' x 12' deck 11 FT in the air with an 8 FT deck floor height (all hidden behind an 11 FT high wall of bushes deep in our backyard) was accomplished with precision, skill and ease. The expansive view from the deck is awesome and when viewed from the nearby church parking lot "floats" in the Arlington Heights skyline! Truly incredible! Quality Craft built my dream deck. Let them build yours!

We are extremely happy with our new deck. You can tell just by looking at it that it was made with extreme care and that it is very sturdy and well crafted. It was built beyond my expectations at a GREAT value. Mike and Shane were very pleasant to work with. They were quick, efficient and neat with the job. Thank you!

We like how they communicated what they were going to do with the deck. The team is quality craftsmanship. They really worked with us to achieve the aesthetics that we desired. Quality Craft's work is very structurally sound. The end result was even better than expected. Solid and beautiful work for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Outstanding workmanship and planning. Had some slope issues but were mastered easily by them. Deck looks great. Excellent value for what we received. Thanks Mike and Shane. Have a great summer!

Did an awesome job with the deck - obtained the permit without making me spending time at the Village. Our deck is a solid structure that will be great for entertaining and giving the kids a safe place to spend outdoors. I did not give me a 5.0 becuase some of the little extras - he did not remove the mount points from the previous deck and replace the siding or give us the option and his drawing for the Association was not the best. Reliable and trustworthy - great value.

Mike worked with us in getting a permit from Buffalo Grove (not an easy task). He is a very skilled carpenter and built a beautiful new wood deck and stairs, which was slightly larger than the pre-existing deck. The cost was very reasonable. Communication during the project was very good - he always called back within 24 hours.

Great work and experience with Mike. He was great to work with and took the time to understand out needs. I will be hiring him again for future projects for inside work and detailed carpentry, Treated this project like it was his house he was working on. 5 stars across the board.
