came during the scheduled hours stated, friendly, knowledgeable, very informative.  regular maintenance performed and I am waiting for the a/c motor to be replaced.  Part has not come in as of yet! Gayle responded very quickly to my inquiry by calling me right away and setting up an appointment that fit perfectly into my schedule.  Her husband Ken and his young assistant showed up promptly and were able to resolve my problem in no time, with courtesy, professionalism, efficiency and superior knowledge of their craft. Their prices are reasonable and fair and they are more than happy to share good info with regard to how to properly maintain one's A/C system as well as to point out potential pitfalls & problems and how to avoid them.  I am very happy with my experience with this company and am pleased to provide a positive review.

Gayle called us right away and was extremely nice! She made an appointment right away for us, and it was very helpful that there was no callout fee (which everyone else seemed to have). Her husband was prompt and quick to resolve our issue (which was that we needed freon). The freon cost quite a bit--more than we expcted-- but I think it was industry standard. We certainly appreciated how quickly QSS responded and resolved our issue and we will definitely call them again in the future!
