I really like Javier when he came by to do the estimate. My issue with the company is that we mainly wanted to do sprinker installation with some minor yard work. And he sent by 2 people who cut back way more from our yard, than we wanted, and removed some living plants. So Javier ended up firing them. Javier was very gracious, and did not charge us for the time.

I was not easy to answer these questions because we are in the middle of it. The man from Quail, Javier, has only done a small portion of the work, so we are still waiting to go ahead with more. So I base it on a very little amount of actual work done that I can assess. So that's the understanding that he's in the middle of doing some more things for us. Thank you.

work was good, communication needs improvement. Lots of issues with lost phone and lack of communication. Could be true but still Javier needs to communicate status of appointments and work completion.
