Very pleased with the service we received. We got a new stove and needed to either rewire the outlet for the 4-prong plug (our old stove was a 3-prong), or have the cord switched on the stoves. Ernie called within a few minutes of the request being put through and was able to come out to give me an estimate within a half hour of speaking to him. Turns out there was an easy fix to the issue we had, so he took care of everything while he was there. Fast, responsive, and very friendly. Would definitely hire him again.

Ernie was quick to respond and quickly assessed the problem. I put a slightly lower mark on the "value for the money" rating because the work was very simple and took only a few minutes but because of his 2 hour minimum, we still had to pay for the full two hours. I am sure that this is more of a standard in the industry than something that was specific to Ernie. I would definitely call him again.
