The service was conducted nicely -- it just was not done on the day that was promised (was initially pushed a couple of times because of weather and I was timely contacted - but then in the end he picked Tuesday and showed up on Wednesday -- not a big deal given the type of service and that I was not required to be home)

Project: Hire a Handyman
The carpentry work and replacement of the chimney cap are fine, the gutter scraping I have to believe in trust, I am to old to go on the roof ,but he brought a "helper" along to do replace some tiles, the work is bad the tiles are cracking and the grouting started crumbling two days after I payed him. I am still waiting for him to return my calls and after 10 days I have not much hope. I will have to hire someone else to do the repairs.
