I was very pleased with their quality of work and the service they provided us with. They were very careful with my personal belongings when they were removed from the area that was being treated. The only problem I had was, I would've liked to have gotten a call from the representative I originally met with to get the quote, to follow up during and after the job.

Puroclean came out when they said they would and finished when they said they would. I was very pleased with the job finishing in the time frame allowed. We got the clearance report at 4:30 on the last day we had scheduled the work and thought it wouldn't be open and cleared out until the next day but Puroclean called and came 1/2 hour later to take everything down.
