I talked with Cassidy and felt confident he was truly qualified. My daughter and son-in-law ended up paying him for his services and they were very, very pleased with his knowledge, inspection procedure and over-all personality. Thank you, Cassidy, for helping them with their problem. And for getting the report back to them in such a timely manner.

the floor wasn't cleaned, mold was left on the walls and some of the rafters weren't cleaned

Full area was treated with anti-microbial as per scope. There was some staining left behind on wall, not mold. All mold was treated and killed. We gave discount to customer since they were not completely happy. We offered to go back immediately to make sure they were completely satisfied with everything. We care about your complete satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to make sure your are 100% satisfied.
