If it was offered at a good price, didn't feel that I got the value for the dollar. Very difficult to return for repairs due to workmanship issues.

although they came during a very busy time for all of these services they missed several appointments after the intitial one and didnt return phone calls. The drying job was done ok but had some faulty equipment

Although keeping the timeline was an issue ( understably due to the massive flooding in the area and multiple jobs), when the job was done, it was done very well and at a fair price. Gene and his team are professionals.

They have just completed the demolition and gutting stage and are ahead of their own schedule. I am extremely pleased with their performance thus far. The Project Manager is very professionable and has a cordial and congenial team of workers. At this stage of the project I am completely confident that it will be completed timely and in workmanlike manner.

We did not use Puroclean Emergency Restoration Service because we hired another pro at a cheaper price. However, the gentleman from Puroclean was very polite and informative, and other than the price, would probabably have done a decent job. We used ABC Capret Corp. and are delighted with our wood floor laminate in our kitchen. Kaz was a true professional.

I hired Puroclean to paint my apartment. They came this past Monday and were right on time (9:00 a.m.) They were very careful with moving my furniture and made sure to cover everything. They did a great job painting my apartment and cleaning up as well. I am very happy the the result. I would use Puroclean in the future and highly recommend them to my friends and family.
