In one word: "AMAZING!!!!". I'm a first time home buyer and was really new to a lot of stuff. Madeline was extremely professional, thorough and she did find additional symptoms that I have now asked the seller to take care of. Her report and the mitigation plan were extremely helpful. We would now have her stop by and do a after job inspection. She was prompt and was very friendly. I would recommend everyone to have her inspect your place in addition to the standard inspection and include that in your checklist!

Madeline was quick to respond to my inquiry and likewise quick to perform the indoor air/wall quality of my basement. While she did not seem to be as "hi-tech" (ie, other mold testers I spoke to seemed to have more sophisticated testing equipment) as some of the other companies, she did enough to make me feel comfortable with the ultimate test results. Madeline was also very good about following up after the testing was concluded.

Madeline was professional and courteous every step of the way. She examined my situation and sent a detailed mold report and a detailed recommendation report. In addition she provided a followup phone conversation to discuss the mold problem I was dealing with. Hiring Madeline was money well spent and I would hire her again if needed. I felt that her approach was very personalized and she truly understands the effects of air quality and mold on a person't well being.
