This was a nightmare from beginning to end. I don't think I can even list all of the set backs, poor performance issues, hassles and mistakes that were made on this job. Let's start with time management skills, Late to work, no shows, jobs not completed. I understand that some of the delays were weather related, but that only accounted for 35% of the mistakes, they poured the wrong design, could not correct it, went over budget, installed the wronf stone work, and most importantly I had to track down & keep calling them The only time I heard from them is when they wanted to get paid earler than agreed. Which I did STUPID!

Chris was always very courtious and knowlegable. His workers were condsiderate and did excellent work and very good clean up post project. I am currently working with my neighbors to have some common sidewalk areas replaced.

had been thinking about doing a stamped concrete patio. We received a quote from PurePour for both the stamped concrete and a paver patio since they can easily do bot. Both prices were excellent and the paver quote came in FAR below what we thought it would (not much more than concrete) so we decided to go that route. We got the project going it was a snap. They dug the hole and layed the base in 1 day, then came back 2 days later when the pavers arrived and had them knocked out in an afternoon and the next morning (for a 15x13 patio with an arch and lots of cutting). Chris was a huge help and the guys doing the work were fast and amazing

Overall, a positive experience. Pure Pour was faced with a couple of unforeseen complications, and stayed in contact with us to make sure we knew what was happening. Once they handled the problems, their crew did a great job on our driveway and garage floor. Pure Pour followed up and did all the clean up work. We've already referred them to others needing concrete work. Highly recommended!

Excellent work on both cement and paver work. I had cement work to replace my garage floor, driveway, front walk and steps and also a paver walk and step in front of the house and have had neighbors call and people I don't know knock on the door to compliment and inquire. In back some very damaged concrete was replaced with pavers and they blended the work beautifully with pavers installed about 5 years prior. You can tell the crew takes pride in their work and they did a wonderful cleanup job and left the surrounding landscape looking neat. Highly recommended.

Final product is nice. Price was good. First try failed inspection and was not laid out as agreed. To their credit they re did it all and even worked with the city inspector to make sure it was done right. I would recommend them as honest and conscientious.
