They were very nice and professional. Be sure to understand the costs up front. This kind of testing was more expensive than I expected. I found this company to be thorough in their inspection and appreciated their detailed information gathering.

Ms. Eischer was very professional and kind. Her prices are competitive and she is very knowledgeable about her field of duty. She came out on a very short notice, did an assesment and took some lab samples. Her ending report was very information and highly prfoessional. She left no questions unanswered. I would refer anyone to her.

They were very professional and prompt. Took time to explain things to our elderly parents (who can be very difficult at times). And at he end of our initial visit wrapped everything up with a final explanation of what to expect. And also the estimated cost was very close (within $50) tothe actual cost.
