WOW!!!!  DO NOT HIRE - Worst experience ever with a cleaning service.  We scheduled a 2:30pm start time, the next morning Puna calls and asks if they could come at 10am, which I could not be at the property at that time.  So the workers she sent out at 2:30 aren't truly hired yet. They had little to no experience.  They used my dry dust mop as a wet mop and ruined it.  I have 3 ceiling fans (at normal ceiling height) that they didn't clean which I brought to their attention.  There response, "oh we don't clean those"!!!!!  I could continue complaining, but I'll save you the pain and suffering.
