Prudential did very good work, but they do not bundle the cost of the jobs they do if they do multiple jobs at the same location at the same time. This means you pay for each job as if they came out to do only that job even though their cost of doing the second job is less because they do not have trip expenses. Users of Prudential Electric should not request more than one job at a time. If they are going to charge for a second trip even when they are not making the trip, let them make the trip.

Prudential didn't come the first day they were scheduled. The second day they were scheduled, they came out without proper equipment to do the job. When they came back to finish on the third day, I was billed for the second day when they were not prepared to work.

The work was completed properly and quickly in a timely manner. Staff was very professional. However they seemed to be in a rush to leave. Clean up was not very good.Some screws were not put back on switch plate covers. They also left some of there tools on the job and had to come back the next day to pick up.

installed two fans where there was no wires, in high ceilings. Ran new electrical lines with minimal impact to roofing. Ended up working harder/longer than he thought, but he stuck with his estimate. Did good work; we got our money's worth.

Electrician expeditiously found the source of the short circuit in my outside lights and modified the wiring to enable me to use the non-defective lights remaining on that same circuit.
