Mr Cliff was very knowledgable, thorough and professional. He was able to determine that the water damages to the other townhouse was not caused by my water heater and therefore am not liable for the damages. My townhouse didn't have mold nor water damages.

Cliff was very prompt in calling and asking questions to determine if his services were necessary. As he performed the inspection he was very thorough in explaining what he was finding. In addition his report was well organized and impressive. I found Protective Environmental Engineering Services, Inc to be very responsive and professional.
