The plumber arrived promptly and fixed the problem with only a minor glitch or two. He charged me what was quoted although he had to deal with unexpected problems that took him an extra step that required me to assist him. I am very happy with the work.

Of course my kitchen sink got a serious clog on the 4th of July! It was way beyond my tools/skill, so once I admitted defeat I called up in the evening - even on a holiday, at night, they were able to send someone out. It was a lifesaver, and there were no overtime charges (it's hard to compare pricing for plumbers, but I would've been unhappy with this price for a non-emergency, non-holiday clog). Highly recommended when in a jam, if you don't want to get taken to the cleaners! If it's not an emergency, I might recommend getting several quotes - or be prepared to pay a little extra for great convenience!

Service & Quality were great. They were on time & professional. BUT>>>>> Their pricing policy is extremely high. The onsite plumber goes by pre-printed prices in a vinyl 3-ring notebook that are very high. No discounts for multiple tasks since they are already at your home. After followup phonecalls to the owner, I was able to get some money refunded. Even the owner couldn't justify the prices I was charged. So; in summary; their work is good, but they are expensive. Don't be afraid to negotiate a better price with the owner.
