I had tried in vain to use someone more local to repair our stairs. The two places I called, one in my town, either didn't call back or called after I had secured Prosperity. When I got in touch w/ Prosperity the not only talked w/ me about the job, they were at my house w/i 2 hours (and are almost that far from my home!) to look at the job & give an estimate! They were easy to deal with, honest & finished the job on time (the day before my wedding)! I would use them again in a heartbeat. The workmanship is fantastic. We're actually sorry we don't have anything else for them to do! I'm thrilled with the company & highly recommend them!

Project: Repair Wood Stairs and Railings
We needed to fix our old creaky stairs and they did a great job replacing all the treads and risers. Doug and his partner came and finished the job in one day and were very clean about it. Before leaving, Doug told me that once things settle there's a chance a few steps may squeak again and to not hesitate to call them back. Sure enough, a few months later the top 2 steps started to squeak so we called Prosperity stairs and they fixed it promptly. These guys stand by their work.

There's not enough I can say about how pleased I am about the work done by Prosperity Rails, Inc. The customer service provided was exxcellent and they were willing to work with me in securing the required town permit which was a big part of my decision in hiring them. Bob Fowler came to our house twice, the first time my husband fell asleep and did not hear the doorbell so we requested another appointment and finally able to meet with him. He was very patient with our questions and when an estimate was given, being new homeowners we had a budget and they were able to adjust and gave us other options. Doug was also easy to talk to and they installed the stair railings, it was beautiful. The young man who did the work was very nice and polite.Would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional with their estimate and phone communication. Their estimate was more than fair. I however as another type of contractor decided to try it on my own. I would still consider them should I change my mind or have someone ask me for a referral.

These guys showed up when they promised and worked the day through although it rained periodically and was very cold. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work they performed.

AMAZING!!!!!! Amazing job and amazing experience over all! We had hired someone else to redo our stairs and what a distater. We then put in a request into service magic and the sales person Bob called right away and scheduled an appoint. They were right on par w price and just as prompt in scheduling my job. The day of installation Doug and Mark came...The dynamic duo!!!! I had given them a picture of the stairs I wanted and they brought them to life!!! Doug was great!!!! Mark, well Mark is SUPER talented and amazing!!!! THANK YOU PROSPERITY!!!!!!!!!
