A little pricey, but well worth it! Sam and his crew really listen and try hard to accomodate client's needs. No "sales" talk, only honest answers amd informative answers to client's questions.

We are pleased with our bathroom remodeling. Sam has two of the cleanest employees working for him, Carlos & Alejandra would vacuum and sweep after each working day. We liked it when they showed up for work each day until the work was completed. Very depenable. Bill Y.

Had several missed appointments with no notifications from Sam until after the fact. Was flexible with our schedule. Communitcation between contractor and workers was at times not good. Sam was very helpful with picking tiles and vanity and tops and actually delivered all our purchases to our house for us

.We ended up doing a simple remodel inside, to create the home office we needed. We were very pleased with Sam Elyakim and his workers - they did an excellent job - and when we are ready to do some other home improvement projects, we will most likely contact him again.

Sam and his crew were completely professional. They arrived on time every day and completed work with the highest quality and much faster than I anticipated. The crew cleaned up every day and returned all furniture to their correct places. If I wanted something different or additional, Sam and the crew were quick to alter their plans to accommodate my changes...and at no or fair price adjustments. The crew was trustworthy and I felt comfortable leaving them in my home alone to work all day. I will definitely be using Property Remodeling for all my future home improvement/repair needs.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Sam and his crew of Alexandro and Carlos were superb! They did two bathroom remodsl in two weeks. They were onsite 6 days a week and were very through, clean and organized. I am recommending Property Remodeling to all my friends and neighbors contemplating any kind of remodel or addition. I will be calling Sam soon to remodel my kitchen.

Fantastic contractor who was extremely attentive to our concerns and needs. One of the best remodeling experiences we have had to date! Sam kept his word and finished our kitchen/family room area in only 4 weeks. More importantly, he also stuck to his original price and did not charge us one cent more...and his estimate was very reasonable to begin with! His main workers, Alejandro and Carlos, were very hardworking, reliable, and honest and we trusted them implicitly with our home, even giving them a key. We plan on having Sam and his team do the rest of our home's remodeling projects and will recommend him to everyone we know.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Sam gave us a reasonable estimate and time frame for our bathroom remodeling. His work was of high quality and his workers were exceptionally neat and clean in their execution. There were no hidden charges. Sam was up front with us about costs and the job was brought in for the expected amount. The job took a few more days than expected, but the finished product was worth it. Sam reimbursed us for the extra couple days we had to rent a hotel room for bathing and showering. I have retained Sam for a painting job at my home, now that the bathroom is finished.
