He did charge me sales tax, which per the state of Connecticut only sales tax is charged to commercial locations. He is reimbursing me and apologized for the mistake. I would use him again in the future.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
Lee did a good job. I had a leaking skylight. He sealed it up but during the next rainstorm it leaked. He came back with no question and filled every nook and cranny. It no longer leaks. No extra charge for the second attempt. I would recommend him to a friend.
