The carpets didnt visually appear any cleaner after the cleaning. It didnt appear that any stains or spots were removed. My goal in getting them cleaned was for cleaning purposes as this is a house I just moved into. Prior to the cleaning, The carpets did look like they were old and did have wear (especially the stairs), and although I am satisfied that they were cleaned, i was expecting some level of stain/spot lifting. That being said, I was given 10% off because the technician had to reschedule, and I believe the price was fair for what I asked for.

Having my carpet cleaned by Property Care Group was a very positive experience, unlike others I've had with Stanley Steemer. Robert worked closely with me to provide me with service geared to my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Very happy with the results.

did a great job on my carpets and grout. He also cleaned the floorl in my laundry room whitch was covered with liquid soap.

Robert was willing to do everything over email (I have an unpredictable toddler, so this was extremely helpful for me!). All the other companies called even after I said in my job description that I would prefer email. On time; prices comparable to competition. Happy to see my furniture looking clean again :-)
