Spoke with Eric of Progressive Protection over the phone and he was able to walk me through the steps needed to deal with an alarm system issue, saving us a lot of time and stress. This customer never informed our office of any issues with the work we performed.We did run into several unforseen challenges on the project. Altough it took us several more hours than initially expected, we did not raise the price to perform the work. After reading thier review of our work, I called the customer and asked if we performed the job she requested at the price we quoted, and she said yes. I offered to refund her money if she was not completely satisfied with the work. She did not want us to return the money. We will never charge a customer if they are not happy with our work.
