The man who came out to do the job was chewing tobacco and did not have a shirt on. He was very courteous though. The powerwashing that he did on the house was very good except for one part that he said he would have to get a ladder for...and never did! The deck was even worse. It looked like he powerwashed half of the deck and then tried to seal it. It looked horrible and was a very messy job. I would not recommend Progressive to anyone.
