I chose to work in this industry because I was a lifeguard but there was no real money to support a family. I have a high mechanical aptitude for fixing things and I really love chemistry..I love working in Central Florida because there is a great need here for my services..We started in this industry in 1993.We describe our business as Family owned and operated

At the house we's just purchased, Pete's crew turned the nasty pool with broken equipment into a sparkling clean and functioning pool. It's my first pool so I have no idea how much this should cost, but the price seemed reasonable. Work was done quickly and the staff was courteous and helpful. This organization seems busy and is sometimes hard to reach, but the work product is very good.

The problem was a broken pipe under a chattahoochee stone pool deck with a cement base. Pete at Professional Poolcare was quick to respond, gave me a reasonable estimate, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I would use them again.

Super customer service! Returned my call within 10 minutes and service tech arrived within an hour! 10 minutes later the heater was working great! Previous company wanted to charge $5000 for a new heater!

I sued Professional Poolcare for a recent spa heater repair and they were prompt, efficient and reasonable. From call to repair was under an hour. And they were friendly, too. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Owner very nice but technician not able to follow instructions on contacting tenant, etc., had to contact me WAY TOO MANY TIMES for what should have been very easy.
Comment from Professional Poolcare
The tenant had no entry code for us to gain access to the house. Our technician called up the management company to obtain one from them but they didn't know either. He had to follow closely behind cars in order to get onto property multiple times.
