I am very pleased with their work. Bill, the owner, called me back within minutes after submitting my request on this website. The whole thing took less than 2 weeks to get the new liner messured, ordered and installed! He even helped get my pool light working. The day after the liner was installed part of the liner came off the track. They came out the very next day to re-attached the liner. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

Bill the owner called me right away and came out the next day. He could give me a quote for a new liner after measuring our pool the same day and after I signing the contract - he ordered the liner. It came one week later (other competitors told me it takes 2-3 weeks to get a liner) and the other day he and his crew installed it right away! Unfortunately the liner came of again but Bill came again and fixed it. I am very very satisfied, first with his response time which was always the next day in the morning, his customer care and service is outstanding and I am really happy with the result. I can highly recommend this company to everyone!

The owner called me back just minutes after my first call. He was out to our house the next day. We needed to order parts to fix our pool. As soon as the parts came in, i called and left a message for him. Once again, he called back within minutes. All parts were properly installed the next day for us. Our pool is up and running beautifully. Repair costs were very fair. I will be sure to use this company in the future for any pool needs.

I highly recommend this Co. They replaced my sand in my filter and balanced the chemicals. They answered all my questions. All was done with no issues.

Found out from other Pool people that they over charged me for a filter valve. PPSC charged me for the whole set where they could have charged me just for the switch. They encouraged me to change the chlorinator when it didn't need to be changed. And they charged me $75 in labor each time. First for a 10 minute process and then for a 20 minute process. I called someone else out and they only charged me $45 per hour for labor.

OUR POOL LOOKS WONDERFUL. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. ANOTHER POOL PROFESSIONAL TOLD ME IF SOMEONE SAID THEY COULD CLEAR THE POOL BY MAY 31, THEY WERE YANKING BY CHAIN. THEY WERE SO WRONG. IN FACT, IT WAS CLEAR IN 5 DAYS! I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH.
