BILL WAS COURTEOUS PROMPT AND CONSIDERATE OF MY MOTHERS FIX INCOME SITUATION HE DONE A GREAT JOB IN A SHORT TIME AND ON MY REQUEST HE SHOWED MY ELDERLY MOTHER HOW TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES ON HER GARAGE DOOR REMOTE HE ALSO WENT AS FAR AS CALLING ME HERE @ CHICAGO TO GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON THE REPAIRS BEEING THAT MY MOM KNOWS VERY LITTLE ENGLISH. Bill replaced both torsion springs and also adjusted the door opener, which had come off the track. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and completed the job at the price quoted on the phone. Would not hesitate to hire him again, and to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

I worked with Bill on this, and he did a very good job all the way around. First of all, within 30 minutes of submitting my request online, he had contacted me. We met for an estimate, and his estimate was spot on, as well as his estimate on the timing of the project. He was on-time, did the work very well, and the price was right.
