Project: Install Carpeting
The install was good, except they did not vacuum the carpet. We spent 2 hours vacuuming the fuzz. Here's the main problem: We told them that we were having a door replaced, and Larry says, that's no problem, they can come out and take care of the threshold should it be a problem. So, the carpet was installed before the door was replaced. When the door was replaced, there was a gap in the carpet. I had to call multiple times before he sent someone out to stretch the carpet under the door. After they did that, they told us it would be a $65 'trip' charge. We paid, but there wasn't supposed to be a charge. I don't recommend this business.
