I don't think anyone is perfect, but Bruce and his guys were close. They were curtious and efficient. They gave us exactly what we asked for in a timely manner

Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure
The Professional Design Group representative immediately understood my desires re: the porch enclosure project, and the first option presented was one that met my needs and budget. Although the project took about 3 1/2 weeks to complete--primarily due to a 2-week wait for the windows once they were ordered--all of the contractors did excellent work, coordinated with each other, and were pleasant and responsive to my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the final result and would have no hesitation recommending Professional Design Group to friends and neighbors.

Project: Install Stamped Concrete
Bruce and team did a remarkable job in transforming our back yard from an aging and unusable space to something my family and I have enjoyed every night since it was done. The bulk of the project included a wall and some new steps coming from the house. This was a very labor and time intensive process and Bruce himself worked on this 7 days a week. He spent 2-3 hours at a time, precisely cutting the blocks and putting them in place. While the adhesive dried, he would go work on other jobs but we would be back later that afternoon to do another row. This went on for about 9-10 days. I was very impressed with his work ethic.

Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
We had a deck that needed some attention. I know in my mind how I wanted the end project to look and I got just that. The very day I was looking for a quote Bruce was here to give me one. The price was very reasonable and the finished product looked great. The guys that did the work kept in constant contact w/me due to the weather and didn't leave me hanging. They were friendly and took care of all the heavy work I couldn't do and replaced said items. I would hire this company again IN A HEART BEAT for any future project. No money up front and none until I am satisfied..GREAT Customer Service. I am one totally satisfied customer!!

Their name says it all "professional". This is a contractor with integrity. I was impressed with how my idea for a patio became a set of blueprints and them a beautiful addition to my home. All work was completed in the time promissed and the end result exceeded my expectaations. I will use Professional Design Group for all my future projects and highly recommend to others.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Bruce was wonderful to work with. He completed the project ahead of schedule and did a fanstic job on our deck and fencing. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Professional Design Group to anyone looking for a quality and reliable deck builder.
