Project: Install or Replace a Thermostat

Roberto was very courteous and replaced the thermostat for a newer model. After checking out which model I needed he went to a nearby hardware store purchasing a matching but updated model. After the replacement the thermostat wasn't working at first, requiring Roberto to come back the following day (on a holiday) to investigate the problem. He found out that the wiring in the boiler room had to be changed and resolved the issue to my fullest satisfaction. I would greatly recommend him to anyone who has any electrical problems.

They showed up when expected, they explained everything they were doing and they did the job in a short amount of time. I had one outlet that I thought needed replacement, but Robert said it was a good outlet and didn't need replacement. I appreciate his honesty, he could have replaced the outlet and charged me more money.
