pro tek answered my request very fast, showed up on time more money than the rest of the companys that called back. came back the following week to inspect traps but after that there was no follow up , not happy with customer service

As explained to all customers, after the second service.. all traps must stay in place and will be followed up when office receieves a call from customer due to more rodent findings..

Price is slightly higher than some competitors but some things you just don't cheap on esp if the price difference is minimal. ProTek is friendly, professional and is handling my skunk issues right now. So far, I am very satisfied and am glad I signed with them.

Very nice man. Always on time. Always in touch if he is stuck in traffic and going to be 5 minutes late. Came back to check on things twice. Solved the problem

I had squirrels living in the space above my laundry room. Pro Tek staff was very knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. They solved the problem and gave me very valuable advise to prevent it in the future.

Martin did exactly what we asked him to do, which was get control of a small rodent problem that was beginning in our home. He took care of the problem quickly (minimal fuss and maximum professionalism), and we've contracted him for a 12-month plan.
