Wayne was very detailed and covered every area of concern in a very large and complex house. He identified several issues and made sure that I knew areas he did not cover which was very helpful. He answered all my questions. He spent 6 hours at the house, an amount of time that was longer than either of us thought. He did not even bring up the subject of charging more.

Project: Inspection - General Home (Home Inspector)
Wayne from Pro-Tech was very thorough and pointed out some issues that we did not realize existed. This home is our fourth home thus we have had experience with many home inspectors and each home whether selling or buying I have found many home inspectors are alarmist which can cause undo angst and fear on both buyer and seller on relatively minor problems. Wayne pointed out the issues, explained them as well as options to fix or when to address rationally and fully. Would not hesitate to recommend Wayne or use him again.
