Our experience with Pro Tech was perfect. Communication was great. Expectations were agreed to in advance and there were no surprises when the job was done. The home theater installation was very professionally done and the room where it was installed looks amazing. Lastly, Steve was very friendly, prompt, and flexible. I would definitely use Pro Tech again in the future.

I had a 150" motorized screen with a ceiling mounted 1080P projector installed by Steve Rogers from Protech. Steve spent the extra time in getting all of the wiring hidden away, including a challenging electrical outlet due an extended headliner in our walls. Our family could not be happier with the results. Avatar in high defnition on a 12.5 foot diagonal is breathtaking. He's willing to work within any budget and is quite flexible in offering alternative solutions. I would defintely recommend Steve to any of my friends and will use him for any of our future electronic upgrades.

Super quick response. Deep technical knowledge with a wealth of experience. Spent time explaining the problem as well as addressing additional questions. Everything was back up and fully operational in less than an hour. Pro Tech will giive you much better service than Best Buy's Geek Squad. You won't be disappointed.

Steve and his team were professional, timely, very informative and have a deep knowledge of the electronics and surround sound systems set up. ProTech's prices and labor are in line with industry standards and thier follow up is what sets themselves apart from other vendors that are just trying to make a quick dollar. If you want your system done the right way then ProTech is the right choice!
