Ed Scroggins came out to give me an estimate the same day I put in a request at service magic. He did a great job stretching the carpet and cleaning the carpets. He was honest and professional. I would recommend him.

Everything went like clockwork. James gave me an estimate over the phone and set up an appointment for a Saturday, which I really appreciate since I work and didn't want to take time off. James did what he could to stretch out the couple wrinkles but found one of the seams was weak and couldn't withstand a full stretching. He provided me advice on fixing the seam and doing a power stretch in order to allow the carpet to lay flat. Will definitely use Pro Solutions again.

Mr Scroggins was very professional and explained everything as it was being done. The carpet looks great and worth the cost of repair. However I was surprised when he did not remove the torn padding and carpet threads when he was finished.

Ed was very professional, call the day before to confirm the appointment and he also called me to let me know he was going to be a little late because of traffic. Overall he did a really nice job stretching and cleaning my carpet. The only reason why he’s not getting a higher rating is because I think he could have done a better job on my steps. I definitely would use him again and recommend him to a friend or colleague.

Quick response and timely availability. Go for the power stretch option if you have a large room. Once I saw it in use and saw the two inches of excess carpet he was able to cut away, it was clear that the previous owners did not have the carpet properly installed.
