Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
They saved me at least $500! I had a gas leak and AGL had put a lock on my meter. Another plumber said I needed a pressure test ($600+) to find the leak. Marty at Pro Masters switched out what we thought to be the culprit leaky valve and turns out that was it (total: $135). To me, that's a professional. Not doing the more expensive thing just because you can when there's a chance something else will work. Thank you!

Our toilet just stopped flushing. Even though we had a second bathroom, we needed to have the toilet repaired asap. I called Service Magic and had a response within 15 minutes. We are bery pleased with "Marty" from Pro Masters Plumbing. He explained the problem to us and gave us our options. We chose to have a part replaced instead of a new toilet. (Although we may opt to have him come back later this year to replace the toilet.) Marty was right to the point and said he could take care of our problem the same day. He also showed us other 'problems' with the 11-year old oilet. He is very polite and business-like. We are impressed!

Pro Masters Plumbing called and scheduled a tech to come out the next day. The tech was very nice and fixed our toilet as well as providing helpful tips for our other plumbing concerns. He checked the water pressure in our house and adjusted it when he found it was too high. This was all included in the original service fee estimate.
