My new bug guy is fantastic, he is understanding to my needs and also about my fear of bugs. The companies customer service skills are excellent, everyone I have talked to has been great to me. They explain whats going to happen and what your going to find after they stray, they come back out ASAP if there is a problem. I'm so happy with my service. And I'm hard to please when it comes to bugs. Worth the money. This is only my few months which is why they only got 4.5 but I'm sure it will be 5 soon.

Rhino Pest control customer service was excellent and professional. They did an assesment of my problem with ants, came up with a solution that has worked very well! I am impressed with them.
