I did a lot of shopping around and ProGREEN was the most courteous, the most professional, and the most patient with explanations. Once I contracted him for the job, he did it exactly when he said he would, he did more than he had to when he saw something that needed attention, he was very neat throughout, and he followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend these folks anytime for power washing and painting.

Scheduling was difficult, workmanship was fair to poor. Blinds were taken down, not put back up and broken and not replaced. Hardware in some cases was not removed prior to painting. Some areas for spackling were not done and had to be reworked. Scheduling was not as told prior to contract and delays occurred, different painters were used and their work was not very good. I still have areas that I need to paint over and I was trying not to be very picky. Although they tried to correct some of the mistakes, they did not fix 25% of them and left me to do so. Trim painting was the bare minimum required.

Delays happen. Scheduling & work was completed before Christmas as requested. Work was done per contract though Joe provided us poor quality paint. ProGREEN's owner was onsite each day. Joe was never there, but had his mother & father oversee the work. Joe never contacted us with any complaints or notified us about things that he felt needed to be fixed. We told his parents that after the holidays Joe could contact us to have some last minute things completed and we would replace the 1 broken blind bracket. His mother told us not to worry and that Joe can re-install them since the paint was not dry. She was happy with the job.
