ProEx performs Real Estate & home inspections in accordance with the Structural Pest Control Act rules & regulations. These are very strict guidelines which insure not only ethical conduct on the part of inspectors and exterminators, but should also be the benchmark by which potential clients rate our services. We don’t have a high staff turn-over rate which enables us to keep and train our professionals. We have managed to keep the best personnel. We only offer our service if we feel that it is needed. Nobody wants to have to use our services, but in case you need us, we are ready to treat you how you expect to be treated – with respect.
