My goal in this energy audit was to separate the audit from someone trying to audit only what they sell. Pro Energy did that by showing me where the loss was occuring and why. Now I know what needs to be done and which items to tackle first. Drayton was very professional and easy to work with. He was on time and even worked around my wife's schedule.

Drayton Gaillard was professional and courteous. He seemed to have a real interest in our savings and was eager to offer low cost solutions to our problems. He was timely and efficient in preparing and presenting our performance report which offered specific recommendations. Not just generalities.

Drayton came to our home and was very helpful and informative. He is very passionate about what he does and he really lets that show in what he does. He is also very helpful in giving recomendations of multiple services to do contract work if needed. His report is easy to understand and shows trouble areas in order of priority. He is also very concientious about a follow up visit to go over the complete results.

Drayton was very thorough and informative throughout the whole process. I walked along with him through each part of the house and he showed me where the air was leaking out of my home, where insulation was missing from my walls and provided me a priority list of repairs to maximize my dollars. His service is going to save me some serious money in energy this year!
