ProClean came in quickly with me only giving them a short notice. He was very professional and did an awesome job on our carpets! Our carpets were in very poor condition and they look really nice now. We also had some cleaning services done. He did a really good job... just a few minor places were missed, but overall, I am very pleased with the job done!

I highly recommend Pro Clean. They professionally cleaned our entire house to prepare it for new owners. The place looked great and I was proud to turn the keys over to the new owners. Their rates were reasonable and the service great.

Specifically asked for certain areas to be addressed. None were cleaned to satisfaction. When you hire someone to clean your house you expect them to do just that. This company may need to re evaluate their cleaning practices or get out of the business. Even though the service was only $75, I was highly dissatisfied. But the old adage holds true, I got what I paid for. So either they need to increase their prices so that they can do a respectable job or get out of the cleaning business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

She missed one main item that was discussed. The Customer Service Dept followed up with me about a month ago. He said that she would call me to come by and do the cabinets. She never did. He called back about a week ago. she no longer works there and has left to start her own company and took some of her clients with her.
