YOU CAN STOP LOOKING FOR A CARPET CLEANING COMPANY YOU HAVE FOUND THE VERY BEST!!!! I did the time consuming reasearch as you are doing and I swear this is the BEST company to clean your carpet. They were on time, pre-called telling they were on the way, very fair priced (remember you get what you pay for) they spoke english, did the job quickly and the man was clean and very carefull with valuables. Call this one you will not be sorry. Michael T.

The technician who came out was upfront and honest about what could and could not be done about a terrible pet urine stain and strong odor on my carpet. He worked with me to find a temporary solution, which was to put a temporary replacement carpet from a remnant in the damaged area. This was done quickly at a very reasonable price, and the technician was very helpful and professional.

Phone quote price was 20 cents per square foot -- actual price was more like 30 cents per square foot. Oh well. They did do a great job; carpets look like new.

Our price for steam cleaning is $0.20 per sq ft. for light to moderate soil conditions. All customers are advised prior to booking an appointment that if the carpet is of a heavy soil condition there will be an additional charge for power scrubbing. This process insures a deep cleaning without over wetting the carpets. The results were a carpet that looked like new as stated by this customer.

More expensive than I normally pay and noticed alot of new stains in my carpet. However, they were able to get the old wine spill out and the grease/dirt from where the dogs lay. Unfortunately I'll have to pay for a "touch up" for the new spots that surfaced after they cleaned.

I think that what sold me the most at first was how much they charge per foot. Verses someone telling me it could be anywhere from one amount to the other. The person they sent had a proper uniform clean cut and respectful of my things. He did the job quick but determined to get the stains out. I felt safe having a stranger in my home. I also was givin a call back by the owner to make sure the job was done right. Great customer service!!!
