Initial consultant very personable and I was immediately at ease. I didn't realize that work was subcontracted out, but workers were on time and very polite, and did a good job. there are a couple areas were insulation is thin but overall I am very satisfied.

Contracted for the job. Job started. Not completed. Supervisor called to confirm they would follow up. Have not heard back for over 3 weeks. Will not use or recommend this company in the future.

Quick turn around from quote to finished. Blown insulation into attic, $1.00 per square foot, can't beat it.

The prices were good so we booked with this company to do multiple projects. First apointment was easy to make. Once projects started, communication was horrible between management and contractors. You have to call multiple times in order to get an apointment for someone to come out and finish the project. The contractors did a good job and were very friendly, but I would not recommend this company to others. It was a pain trying to contact someone at the company to get things scheduled and completed.

The bidding process was fair and detailed. Adam and Jay appear and are very knowledgable with regard to their product and applications. The work project started a little dicey with the blow in machine failing. The project ground to a halt for about three hours until another machine could arrive. Then the guys were off and running and did an excellent job. The house is warmer, and seems to hold its heat much more effectively. I would recommend/use them again.
