Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
ProAir installed a new high efficiency gas furnace for me and added a condenser for AC. They are good guys and the system seems to work fine. However, they never returned to finish the job. I had pipes running across my living room and up the side of the house for months. They had agreed to box in the pipes with soffit so they werent visible, and enclose the ugly external portion. I was repeatedly promised visits and phone calls over the months of waiting, and was repeatedly blown off. Had to pay someone else to do the interior work, and still have black pipes up the side of the house. If appearance is of any concern, look elsewhere.

All in all a terrrific experience. I had a split system so I had two different installers. I prefered one set over another but they both knew what they were doing. I also need a fair amount of electrical work and the electrician they use was TOP NOTCH...probably the best ecel work I have seen and I have seen a ton.

Pro Air was flawless. They contacted me immediately, showed up to review our project the next day and spent extensive time suggesting design altternatives. Alan then promptly submitted a very competitive proposal and was easy to reach to answer follow up questions. Alan and his crew were very concerned about ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the final installation, which included a couple of non-standard steps. I would recomend Alsn and Pro Air highly.

Project: Install or Replace a Thermostat
Pro Air gave efficient, professional service at a reasonable price. They were able to do some tricky HVAC work for me that had befuddled a few other providers. They did not charge big markups on thermostats they installed, and serivce charges were surprisingly low, given the house call they provided in Downtown Boston. I would highly recommend them highly.
