They called the same day that I contacted Service Magic and came to complete the work the very next day, which was a Saturday. I just wish I could have known how much it was going to cost before they finished; more pricey than I had anticipated. But I believe the quality was good and he was very respectful and explained everything thoroughly.

Our company hired this company to verify that we had a bad ballast in one of our fluorescent lights. It was bad, they changed it, it took about 20 minutes. Light works great now. However; they charged us $631 to change a ballast that costs around $30 and they were only here for 20 minutes!! This is outrageous!!! I understand the $94 trip charge, the cost of the materials, and maybe $100 for labor and that's pushing it. After questioning the cost they brought the price down to $465. Really, $465?? With more "discussion" we agreed to pay $225. Something seems a bit shady here.

Our intention was not to overcharge this customer. Our electrician submitted a price for him to do the work. This price was agreed upon when bid was sumitted. It was only after the work was done that the price was a huge deal. If it had taken 4 hours to do the work our price would have been the same. we feel that our price was fair (price calculated from 20+ years of being in business). Unfortunantly we can not please everyone.

Was very happy with Priority 1 saved me money over other people that came out and checked out my a/c . Other quotes were much higher.

The electricians were right on time, very nice and did a good job. I thought the original estimate from the office was way too high, but they negotiated to a fair deal.

My guy George was a good and determined to do his job. He had a tough time but stuck with it and got it done. It was great fun watching him work in my pool. Definately above and beyond.
