Excellent experience.  Mike from Priority came in after another contractor told me I needed to replace the entire furnace.  Mike came the next day (Saturday) diagnosed and repaired a simple clogged drain  and followed up with me to make sure the unit was working properly.  Great to do business with honest people.

I previously wrote a review and I wanted to be a little more clear as to my experience with Priority Group.  Michael came to repair my a/c, he responded to my inquiry right away.  During the inspection of my unit, he was walking up my basement stairs and hit his head.on my window.  In my previous review I mentioned the "accident" but did not elaborate.  Michael left my residence, went to the doctor and received stitches, retrieved the part and STILL came back to do the work.  I would have completely understood if he could not complete the job due to the injury, but he insisted he was fine.  I appreciated his commitment to his work and would recommend him to anyone.  He was very courteous and professional. <br />Camille E.
